Cancellation & Refund Policy

We (Webuters, owns and operates HireMe) are concerned about the satisfaction of our customers (you, user). We offer a trial period in which you can check the software and its features before making a purchase. If prior purchase you're dissatisfied with HireMe, website www.hireme.cloud, you may contact our support for help to understand more about it. If you have made a purchase after exhausting the trail period, you are not eligible for refund. We cannot issue a refund on your purchase of a plan with HireMe, unless it was a fraudulent transaction.

You are eligible to cancel your plan after trial. We do not charge your attached payment method till the time you are on a trial period. After you complete the trial period, you upgrade the plan and make a payment to us. For every transaction, you need to authorize the payment, as per the RBI guidelines. On your purchase a GST will applied as defined by RBI. We in no case can charge you without your approval for the payment.

By using the HireMe platform/software you agree and abide that you are not eligible for a refund or cancellation after purchase. However, you can cancel the plan anytime during trial period.

Refund rules:

  1. Only software purchased via www.hireme.cloud are eligible for a refund, and only if the transaction was fraudulent. If you bought the platform elsewhere, your software is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
  2. You are not eligible for a cancellation and refund is you have purchased a plan after the trial of the software.
  3. We refund you the extra money if we charge you twice the pricing plan or if more amount of deducted.
  4. If we issue a refund, it should appear in your account within 3-5 business days. Upon receipt, you must uninstall the software for which you do not have a valid license. We reserve the right to disable your access to the software/ plan issued to you for the refund.
